For sticky powder products like milk powder, coconut powder, spice powder, or chocolate powder, we recommend the Teflon-coated auger option to ensure smooth and accurate filling.
Equipped with a high-precision screw filling system, the machine guarantees a filling accuracy within ±1% (product-dependent). The auger is easily removable and can be reinstalled in under 10 minutes, even by first-time users.
Simply load the packaging film, and the machine will automatically form bags, fill with preset weights, print production/expiration/batch dates, and seal each bag securely. Additional functions such as nitrogen gas flushing, connected bags, and hanging hole punching are also available upon request.
